How long does it take to ship my product?

Since this is a multi-vendor website, every vendor has its own processing time. 2-3 days is the minimum processing time. After the product is shipped it will take 7-9 days to deliver the product.

What if I receive a damaged product?

To initiate the refund/cancellation please fill the form, make sure to attach the image of the damaged product along with your order ID on contact@shoppingyar.com and we will exchange the product for you.

What is the exchange policy?

Since we are a shopping portal, an exchange will vary from vendor to vendor, so please check the exchange policy of each vendor.

What is the return/exchange process?

To initiate the refund/cancellation please fill the form. Once we approve the request, we will provide the refund address. Refund product must be courier by the user only, Shoppingyar will pay for the courier charges (once the product reached the seller).

Do you ship product ABROAD (Oustside India)?

Currently, We are made exclusively for purchase in India. Conquering the Whole World after a time!
